About us

We are myAbility, a social enterprise committed to an equitable and barrier-free society.

The starting point was set in 2009 by Gregor Demblin and Wolfgang Kowatsch with the founding of the first job platform - myAbility.jobs – for people with disabilities in German-speaking countries. Gregor's motivation was to fight against the many prejudices and barriers in people's minds that he was confronted with as a person with limited mobility. Together with Wolfgang, who was the managing director of a large online job board at the time, they began their mission, to bring the potential of people with disabilities and the economic factor of disability closer to companies. In 2014, they then founded the social consultancy myAbility together with Sandra Edelmann and Michael Aumann.

Together with the economy

We support companies on their path to an inclusive corporate culture, hold the largest German-speaking corporate network in Europe on the topic of inclusion - themyAbility Business Forum– and support students and graduates in their entry into professional life with the myAbility Talent® program. Another key factor for us is the fact that Social Impact must be made measurable.
